Just the News the day before reported that federal prosecutors accused Smartmatic executives of related counts. Those articles are about the company and named executives in the prosecution materials those outlets described.

The snippets and pages located for this draft do not put Peter Neffenger in the dock. A corporate case is not a personal case. This site will not transfer the Philippines counts onto a former U.S. board chair without an instrument that names him. None was located.
